es la agricultura ecológica?
La Agricultura Ecológica se basa en un conjunto de técnicas agrícolas y ganaderas que no utilizan productos químicos no naturales, como herbecidas, fertilizantes químicos, insecticidas, pesticidas, etc. El objetivo de este tipo de agricultura es preservar el medio ambiente y proporcionar alimentos con todas sus propiedades naturales
La agricultura Ecológica aprovecha de forma racional los recursos de la naturaleza y conserva la fertilidad de la tierra.
Los productos ecológicos son alimentos vitales que mantiene todas sus cualidades gustativas y nutritivas, con alto contenido en fibra, ricos y equilibrados en vitaminas y minerales, además están libres de sustancias artificiales.
Para evitar el problema de plagas y enfermedades se intenta conseguir un ecosistema en el cual exista un equilibrio en el sistema agrícola, utilizando técnicas como el compostaje, asociación de cultivos, rotaciones, recuperación de semillas tradicionales, etc.
¿Cómo se controla la producción ecológica?
Existe una normativa Europea (Reglamento CEE 2092/91) con base en la cual los agricultores, ganaderos e industrias agroalimentarias que los producen, están sometidos a un régimen de inspección y control que se lleva a cabo por medio de los Consejos o Comités de Agricultura Ecológica territoriales, dependientes de las Consejerías o Departamentos de Agricultura de las Comunidades Autónomas, o directamente por Direcciones Generales adscritas a las mismas.
Los productos amparados por la Agricultura Ecológica deben llevar una etiqueta numerada y un logotipo con el nombre de la autoridad u organismo de control y la leyenda “Agricultura Ecológica”. También deberán llevar impresa la fecha de elaboración.

Products of Organic Farming are vital foods that maintain all their taste and nutritious qualities, with high content in fibre, rich and balanced in vitamins and minerals, in addition are free of artificial substances.
In order to avoid the problem of plagues and diseases it is tried to obtain an ecosystem in which a balance in the agricultural system exists, using technical like the composting, association of cultivation, rotations, recovery of traditional seeds, etc.
How is controlled the ecological production?
An European norm (Regulation the EEC 2092/91) with based on the farmers, cattle dealers and agro-alimentary industries that produce them, are put under a regime of inspection and control which are carried out by means of the Councils or territorial, it depends on the Committees of Ecological Agriculture of the Councils or Departments of Agriculture of the Independent Communities, or directly by the main territorial assigned to the same ones.
The products protected by Organic Farming must take to “a numbered label” and “label with the name of the authority or organism of control” and the legend “Agricultura Ecológica” and It must be printed “the date of manufacture”.

Jordbrug?
Økologisk jordbrug er baseret på et sammenhold af jordbrugs
teknikker, som ikke bruger kemiske produkter som vækstfremmere,
pesticidebekæmpelse, antibiótica osv. Formålet med
denne form for jordbrug er at bevare miljøet og forsyne fødevarer
med alle deres naturlige egenskaber.
Økologisk jordbrug udnytter på en rationel måde naturens egne ressourser og bevarer jordens frugtbarhed.
Økologiske fødevarer er livgivende og bibeholder alle deres smags- og næringsmæssige værdier. De har et højt indhold af fibre og er rige på vitaminer og mineraler, og naturligvis frie for kunstige tilsætningsstoffer.
For at undgå plager og sygdomme, stiler man efter at opnå et økosystem med en naturlig balance, hvor kompostering, rotationsmetoder og genoptagelse af oprindelige frø m.v. er en vigtig del af processen.
Hvordan kontrolleres Økologisk Jordbrug?
Økologisk jordbrug er kontrolleret af statsautoriserede territorielle kontrolorganer i Spanien, som lever fuldt ud op til de generelle reglersæt udsendt af EU.
Økologiske produkter bør altid bære en numereret etikette med dét økologimærke, som det relevante kontrolorgan udsteder, teksten “økologisk jordbrug” samt en indikation af produktionsdato.
